I have no doubt, you have heard this saying before. I am blessed and grateful I get to do what I love and love what I do every day. Do you?

I hope you do. I have learned from the people I have helped and responded with in a crisis, the importance of now. In the aftermath of a disaster one thing learned is people get real clear, real fast about what is important to them.

In my crisis response work I strive to help organizations determine what is important before, during and after a crisis that impacts them and others so the organization and their employees may respond to the needs of those impacted with empathy and compassion.
