Served as on-site command center leader for over 200 Special Assistance Team (SAT) members providing support to 134 survivors and the families of 11 victims. Briefed SAT members twice daily regarding logistics, on-scene activities and information needed by survivors and family members. Liaised with AA HDQ, the local station manager, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and American Red Cross (ARC), and other agencies as required by law. Coordinated accident site visit for survivors and family members with the NTSB, ARC and local authorities.
