Represented BMS Global in the Joint Family Support Operations Center (JFSOC) at the Family Assistance Center (FAC). Oversaw the credentialing of people needing access to the FAC. Also coordinated the audio/visual conferencing capabilities for the airline as required by the National Transportation Safety Board. In addition, provided periodic updates to stakeholders in the JFSOC regarding onsite activities regarding the collection and processing of personal belongings found at the accident site.
